Given the following requests of parents and ergonomic considerations for children of 4-8 years old, design and create a CLAY model of a kid-friendly remote control. Include simple functions and give considerations to size, shape and durability. Give the details, features & functions on a 1/8 illustration board with a plastic cover.
“I usually program the shows that my children should watch.”
“Our remote control should be sturdy enough. My 4-year old son often times throw it like a ball.”
“Why don’t television companies produce ergonoymic RCs for children, RCs that will look like toys so they will feel comfortable and independent with them.”
“I’m looking for a colored remote control.”
“Is there a RC that will fit to my daughter’s small fingers? If there is, I’m willing to buy it.”
